Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

VOLT takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains which personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we do so, and which rights you have. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who are we?

VOLT, located in Flanders, Belgium, is responsible for processing your data. For questions you can reach us at info@voltaitraining.be.

2. Which data do we collect?

Depending on what you do on the site, we process:

  • when booking a call: your name, email address and the details you provide with the booking;
  • when downloading the free guide: your email address;
  • for the AI quiz, only if you leave your email address for personal advice: your email address, your level and your answers;
  • when registering for a training or event: your name, email address, (optional) phone and company, and if you request an invoice also your VAT number and billing address.

We don't collect sensitive data and use no tracking or advertising cookies. For visitor statistics we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement. The quiz itself is computed entirely in your own browser; only if you choose to leave your email address do we process your result.

3. Why do we process this data?

We use your data solely to answer your request, deliver the requested guide, process your registration and any payment, and to communicate with you about our trainings and events. The legal basis for this is your consent, the performance of an agreement and/or taking steps at your request prior to an agreement.

4. Who do we share data with?

We work with a limited number of processors that only process your data on our behalf: Brevo (email and contact management), Mollie (payments for paid events), Calendly (scheduling calls), WebinarGeek (webinar registrations) and Vercel (hosting and cookieless visitor statistics). We never sell your data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We don't keep your message longer than necessary to handle your request and, if relevant, to follow up on a collaboration. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access, correct or delete your data;
  • restrict or object to the processing;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Want to exercise one of these rights? Send an email to info@voltaitraining.be.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including a secure (HTTPS) connection and protection of our forms against abuse.
